I just had complete carpet care clean my house and they did a great job. They had a coupon in the paper and i did need some extra spotting foir some bad areas, even with the extra there price was still very good. I hope some of you read this and go with this company, dont get fooled by those high priced companies!

I have on one occation had to have them come back for two spots, they had no problem doing so. I asked mike the owner about the complaints and he explained to me that they do on average twenty five jobs a day. He also explained to me that there are some people out there that you can not please no matter what you do. Keeping in mind that they do over 100 jobs every week i would say that according to the number of complaints, I would consider those just jerks who can never be pleased. For instance the person that sdaid they have a whole house coupon for $99.95 and when they get in your house they charge a little more, I ask you this, if you have a coupon for a $10 oil change are you pissed when you walk out of there spending $20. You better not be because its still half the price than if you just brought your vehicle in without a coupon. When it comes to carpet cleaning maybe you should just call coit because they will just tell you up front that they will charge you $500 for a whole house cleaning! So I thought i would do the right thing and write how i feel about this company. I hope some of you read this and consider this very good company who does a great job at a very resonable price!

Check them out online in reviews of business and you will see all the complaints detailing the same scam. Mike - you have a big mouth and you should watch out cause you may have talked filthy to the wrong person.

These guys are a joke. Came to my house, bascially soaked the carpet and left. ALL stains and high traffic dirt still exactly the same. In fact my kids and neighbors think there are more spots. Called to complain (3 days later after the carpet dried). Spoke to someone in the office. I told them I've had my carpet cleaned over 20 times in the last 20 years in my different homes and was extremely disappointed with the work completed. I asked for my money back so as to get it done correctly from a company I've been using for years. He had the technition call me back (I use that term loosly). He proceeded to tell me I was one of those customers that would never be happy. I mentioned I was and have been very happy with my previous company. He didn't know what to say. He wanted to re-do it. I said no way. If a carpenter came to my house and installed doors up side down, would you let them back in? He said he would have the owner call me. Nothing. No word, zip. DO NOT USE. If they have one repeat customer, I would be shocked! Good luck with your half ass'd service gentlemen. You will need it.

They dont' even use a truck at your location and when I found that out, I cancelled on the spot. They then called me, harassed me, and when I hung up on them, they called me BACK and left a message full of curse words, vulgarity and insults. I could NOT believe this was a businessman on the other line! I am so mad that they know where I live! I have learned my lesson. ONLY go with people who are professionals. The people that this company will send to your house could be unsafe to you and your family. When the technician showed up at our house drunk, high or maybe just he is normally incoherent (as the manager said to me on the phone) I asked him to leave and he corned me and my girlfriend demanding gas money for his visit. He entered our home without permission as we were standing in driveway to great him, he wrote on wall, he slammed doors, used profanity, about every that could have wrong in our 5 minute interaction did. Not to mention he showed up at 6:30 pm versus 6:30 am as I had request in my appointment made 30 days prior. If it wasn't for my dog becoming alarmed I think we would have had an issues getting him to leave our property. This was our first night in our new house and I spent most of the evening comforting my girlfriend that this guy wouldn't come back. Although he was calling every 5 minutes and sending threatening texts to the phone number I gave the company when I set up the appointment. I am going to spend the money I would have given to Complete Carpet Care or another carpet service on updgrading my existing security system to upgrade in case this guy decides to revist. Please go with a competitor for the safety of your family.

After reading these reviews for carpet cleaning, we chose Great guys cleaning instead. I Carpet, rugs & upholstery look like new and they rocked in service. so affordable too.

EVERYONE READ THIS BEFORE YOU THINK ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY! If we can save 1 person from using this company it is well worth it. They will show up at your house with their cleaning equipment that looks like they bought it at a thrift store just tossed in the back of their truck. They also show up with one guy so the "basic furniture removal" that is included means that they will basically help you move your furniture. Then when it comes to cleaning your carpet they come up to you with a 5 gallon paint bucket asking if they can use your water. Then they will use to much soap on your carpet leaving a powerdy residue on your carpet that you can see after drying. Once they are done "cleaning" the carpet they will take the dirty water with all the chemicals they use and just dump it in the road! not sure but there might be EPA laws against that. If you do decide to use them just be careful that they dont screw anything up because they will not accept responsibility and DO NOT CARRY INSURANCE!! We were due a full refund of $72 after they messed up our carpet untill the owner of the compay Michael J. Brinkman felt offended buy the last testimonial from us entitled "unsatisfied". Even tho everything in there was the truth. So basically we are out the $72 for this but it is well worth it not to deal with this unprofessional company. PLEASE DONT BE OFFENDED BY THIS ITS ONLY THE TRUTH!!

WORST mistake EVER made having these guys out to clean our carpet!!! They RUINED our carpet!!!! They have been out to our house FOUR times - our carpet looks worse than BEFORE they "cleaned" it! Let's not even get started on the owner - when he showed up to our house to "fix the problem" he showed up wearing a shirt that read: "F*ck rent, f*ck bills, I need another tattoo!" - and YES, those worse were SPELLED OUT... I am censoring. What a real "professional"! Worst service EVER, do NOT waste your money and DO NOT let them touch your carpet, I promise, it will be ruined! Avoid at ALL costs! Trust me, your carpet probably looks better now than it will after they touch it! HORRIBLE!

This was the biggest con game I have every heard of. We had a coupon for $99.95 for the "whole house special, no hidden charges" and the guy who came to the house started at $300 and was rude and combative when we showed the coupon. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. We are reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and working as hard as we can to make sure no one else gets taken.

DON'T GIVE THESE CROOKS YOUR MONEY! This company sucks!! First off, they do the cleaning so cheap b/c they don't use a cleaning agent and hire individuals that don't know what their doing. They sent a couple guys that don't even know that they should move the furniture. Like who cleans around movable furniture. Second, the owners one of those idiots that thinks that the customers opinion doesn't matter. And third, they are a bunch of thieves! Lastly, the people they sent to my house included a young teenager. And by the way, I called twice to try to rectify the problem before posting this.

The first day the cleaner showed up 1 1/2 hr late and not with a truck mounted unit. Sent him away. The second day the schedule was from 9-11 and showed up at 12:30. Had a coupon for $99.75 with NO HIDDEN CHARGES but really there was, sent him packing too after he argued with me that NO HIDDEN CHARGES didn't apply. BEWARE!
